János Bende is a creative producer and strategic advisor who builds companies and brands with the instincts of an artist and the precision of an investor. He started his career in the music industry as a songwriter and producer, collaborating with iconic artists like Charlie and Viktor Király. After studying at Oxford Brookes University, he entered the world of high-level finance as the owner and Managing Director of FINATECH Capital, gaining a broad, investor-driven perspective. As Co-Founder of Content Collective, János blends these two worlds—creative storytelling and institutional-grade strategic thinking—to help brands craft narratives thatresonate in the market and make sense to investors. He translates vision into value, and ideas into momentum.

Bero Rusz is a marketing strategist and business development expert shaped by seven years of international experience in the United States and the Netherlands.
During this time, he developed a deep understanding of modern decision-making, neuromarketing, and global brand building. For him, strategic thinking and data-driven approaches are not tools—they are a way of operating. His career reached a new level in Dubai, where he supported the regional expansion of global tech companies. Bero has worked with major enterprises such as Microsoft, DHL, Wipro, Ernst & Young, and PwC, providing business development and marketing strategy support across multiple markets.As Co-Founder of Content Collective, he brings his international expertise into modern brand building and business development, with a strong focus on neuromarketing, decision-making processes, and scaling global brands.
